Virtual memory or RAM Doubler causes the sound quality to drop dramatically. This is due to some "undocumented features" of the Sound Manager which end up confusing the emulator's sound code. I highly recommend that this emulator be run with Virtual Memory or RAM Doubler turned off.
The key layout is:

Arrow Down/K: Joystick Down
Arrow Left/J: Joystick Left
Arrow Right/L: Joystick Right
Shift: Left button
Option: Right button
Return: Start (not found on Sega Master System)
Backspace: Pause (not found on Game Gear)
Tab: Reset (not found on Game Gear)
Caps Lock: Up to use Joypad 1, Down to use Joypad 2
Sorry, I cannot distribute Sega games with this emulator. This would be a copyright violation.
